This End-User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion, the developer of Find the Difference 1000 Spot 7 game ("the Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, access or use the Game.
Grant of License
"Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game on your mobile device, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game, including all content, graphics, design, and code, is owned by "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, and all intellectual property rights therein.
Use of the Game
You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the Game or any part thereof, or create derivative works based on the Game, except as expressly authorized by "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion.
Data Collection and Use
The Game may collect certain information about your use of the Game, such as your device type, operating system, and IP address. This information may be used by "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion to improve the Game, to provide you with customized advertising, and to comply with legal requirements. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game from your mobile device. "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Republic of Cyprus, European Union, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in the Republic of Cyprus, European Union. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with the arbitration.
Updates and Modifications
"Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Third-Party Services
The Game may use third-party services, such as Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of these third-party services.

The photos used in the Game are partly owned by "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion and partly downloaded from Pixabay.com. You acknowledge that "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion retains all right, title, and interest in and to the photos owned by “Rednumberone”, "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion, and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the photos owned by "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion or any part thereof, or create derivative works based on the photos owned by "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion, except as expressly authorized by “Rednumberone”,"Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion.
Use of Pixabay.com Photos
The photos downloaded from Pixabay.com are subject to the terms and conditions of Pixabay.com. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of Pixabay.com. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the photos downloaded from Pixabay.com or any part thereof, or create derivative works based on the photos downloaded from Pixabay.com, except as expressly authorized by Pixabay.com.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion with respect to the Game.

Termination
"Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the Game at any time without notice, for any reason or no reason, in "Red T-Rex" Ion Larisa's sole discretion. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, without "Red T-Rex" Ion Larisa's prior written consent. "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, without your consent or notice to you.
Headings
The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
Acknowledgment
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Electronic Communications
By using the Game, you consent to receive electronic communications from "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion. These communications may include notices about the Game and this Agreement, as well as marketing and promotional communications. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion sends to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
Changes to the Game
"Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion reserves the right to change or discontinue the Game at any time without notice, for any reason or no reason, in "Red T-Rex" Ion Larisa's sole discretion. "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Game.
In-App Purchases
The Game may include in-app purchases that allow you to buy virtual items with real money. By making any in-app purchases, you acknowledge and agree that you are authorized to use the payment method you have selected and that "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion may charge you for any virtual items you purchase through the Game. You also acknowledge and agree that in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, and that "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion will not be responsible for any unauthorized purchases made using your account.
Export Control
You acknowledge and agree that the Game may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You shall comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Game.
Survival
Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
By using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Game.
Third-Party Materials and Services
The Game may contain links to or be used in conjunction with third-party materials or services that are not owned or controlled by "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion. "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party materials or services, and you acknowledge and agree that "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such third-party materials or services.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and "Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion regarding the use of the Game, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
Modifications to this Agreement
"Red T-Rex", Larisa Ion reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice, in "Red T-Rex" Ion Larisa's sole discretion. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Game's website. Your continued use of the Game following the posting of any modified terms and conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such modified terms and conditions.
Language
This Agreement may be translated into other languages for your convenience. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
Acceptance of the EULA and Terms of Service
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and Terms of Service.
